Single-cone double screw mixer is a new kind of high efficiency mixing equipment which is designed with the advantages of Japanese single helix and domestic "SLH" double spiral cone mixer. It can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel type, super heavy, explosion-proof type, clamping type, etc.
Products can be designed according to the requirements of external jacket (heating, cooling), sprayer, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dyestuff, building materials and other powder and powder mixing and reaction. According to the technological requirements, the machine can increase jacket in the mixer cylinder, and cool or heat the material by injecting the cold and hot medium into the jacket. Cooling is generally pumped into industrial water, heating can be steam or electric heating heat transfer oil.
