Introduction:
ZDP three-dimensional vibration platform is mainly used for molding resin sand and lost foam. The vibration of the machine body is driven by the vibration motor to make the sand fully compact and full of the mold. The vibration platform and roller conveyor can form a flow production line. The vibration platform is used in the production process to change the particle and powder materials from bulk to block and shape. The table and base of the vibration platform are connected by air spring, which has low noise and good damping effect. It has good technology and environmental protection. It is widely used in metallurgy, mold, food, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. In the process of using the vibration platform, the exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted to achieve the ideal form of the materials on the platform.
Composition of ZDP vibration platform:
1. The three-dimensional vibration platform is mainly composed of four parts: bracket, table, vibration mechanism and damping mechanism. Under the drive of the vibration mechanism, it vibrates horizontally, vertically, up and down in three dimensions, so it gets its name.
2. The vibration mechanism of the three-dimensional vibration platform is mainly composed of several vibration motors and transmission plates. The number of vibration motors is generally even, such as 4, 6, 8, 10, etc. the model of the vibration motor determines the main technical parameters of the three-dimensional vibration platform.
3. The damping mechanism of three-dimensional vibration platform is mainly composed of damping spring, which can be divided into rubber spring, composite spring and air cushion spring.

Packing:Outer packing is plywood case, which is up to the international standard. Inner packing is moisture-proof and water-proof membrane. All of packages are wrapped by 0.5mm steel belt to further strengthen, which can ensure machine safe during shipping.
