The high frequency screen creates a good separation condition, so that materials smaller than the separation size,especially the heavier material particles and pulp together through the screen hole to become the product under the screen.The high frequency used in the high frequency screen destroys the tension on the pulp surface and makes the high speed oscillation of fine material on the screen surface, accelerates the precipitation of useful minerals of large density (specific gravity), and increases the probability of contact between the material with the screen hole less than the separated particle size. Thus, a better separation condition is created, which makes the material smaller than the separation size, especially the material with a larger size grain and pulp pass through the sieve hole together to become the product under the sieve. High frequency screen is suitable for dry and wet screening, classification and dehydration of all kinds of materials in ore dressing, coal preparation,chemical industry, brick making, food, pharmaceutical, alkali making, chemical fertilizer, papermaking and other industries.
